Key Responsibilities
Calendar Ownership: Manage and protect the principal’s calendar as the single source of truth, ensuring all meetings and commitments align with strategic priorities

Representation: Represent the Principal with professionalism, relational intelligence, and authority in all administrative interactions
Creative Contribution: Support strategic and creative projects by providing organizational insight, suggestions, and administrative structure
Operational Flow: Design and manage rhythms, routines, and workflows that maximize capacity and reduce friction across all ventures
Qualifications
7+ years experience as a senior executive assistant, director of operations, chief of staff, or related role
Strong understanding of business, entrepreneurship, and organizational leadership
Exceptional ability to manage complex scheduling with competing priorities
High relational intelligence with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy and fluent in modern productivity platforms (Asana, Notion, Airtable, AI tools, CRMs, etc.)
Creative problem solver with the ability to anticipate needs and think several steps ahead
Proven track record of supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, high-impact environments
Unwavering discretion, judgment, and integrity
The Ideal Candidate This role is for a leader disguised as an assistant—someone who thrives in complexity, sees both the details and the big picture, and ensures that everything around the principal flows in alignment with vision and values.
