About the Role: As Executive Director of Operations, you will have the opportunity to gain experience, exposure, and rewards that fulfill your purpose and offer flexibility to balance your work and personal life. You will support both internal and external stakeholders with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the firm. You will be a liaison between the managing partner and the administrative team, management, and firm staff. You will exercise excellent judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication. You will utilize your administrative and organizational skills to maintain a balance among competing priorities. What You’ll Do: Support the tax preparation process by handling and reviewing all tax returns completed by professionals before final delivery. Oversee the daily operations of four offices, acting as the primary contact for all functional needs. Manage the administrative team, including scheduling, and task and project oversight. Distribute and schedule all tax processing inquiries. Administer the Managing Partners’ calendar and recurring tasks, arrange appointments, and organize agendas and actions for all meetings. Track and maintain monthly expense reimbursements for all Partners. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and serve as a trusted liaison between executives, clients and internal teams. Help ensure that all conferences, phone systems, and office technology are maintained and operational daily. Organize marketing meetings and support content creation efforts aimed at enhancing employee engagement. Plan and support annual external firm events, while also assisting with internal committee activities. Support the tax task force by taking notes and organizing agendas with action items related to CPE. About You: 5+ years’ experience in Executive Assistant Role with supervisory experience. Public accounting experience a plus. Associate degree. Certified Executive Assistant is a plus. Experience with various Microsoft office products, including Excel. Management skills, ability to prioritize competing priorities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
