What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Partner with Finance and Accounting business stakeholders to determine optimal technology solutions for finance processes
Analyze current business processes and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Implement product roadmaps for financial applications like NetSuite, Zip, and Workiva
Collaborate with engineers and analysts to develop and implement automations and technical solutions
Support business process transformation initiatives to improve efficiencies in financial reporting and month‑end closure
What is Required (Qualifications)
Strong knowledge of finance‑related business processes such as Order Management, Billing, and Financial Reporting
5+ years of system administration experience of ERPs like NetSuite or Oracle Cloud
4+ years of hands‑on configuration experience with various NetSuite modules
3+ years of experience with large‑scale ERP implementations and integrations
Experience with Agile methodology and familiarity with incident and defect management processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
CPA or Chartered Accountant certification
NetSuite Certified
Experience with middleware technologies like Workato
Passion for the crypto economy and DeFi
Experience with multi‑country and multi‑currency ERP implementations
