Drive the product lifecycle through ideation, roadmap planning, launch, and post-launch growth for loan marketplaces Own the user experience for Figure Portfolio Manager and Figure Connect Synthesize user feedback into actionable product improvements Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, Business, Legal, and Marketing teams to align product efforts Analyze product workflows to predict and mitigate complex issues, developing scalable solutions Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management for a loan originator, Fintech (lending), or similar company Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Strong knowledge of the lending ecosystem and digital marketplaces Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive consensus across various teams Proven ability to evaluate product success and guide future decisions based on data Preferred Qualifications
