Job Description
Lead and manage all phases of commercial ground-up construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets. Monitor daily construction activities and resolve any issues that may arise. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements. Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders and leadership teams. Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members. The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager - Commercial Ground Up should have:
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Experience overseeing design/build projects. In Commercial, Hospitality, Light industrial, or Cold Storage experience. Proven experience managing commercial ground-up construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Proficiency in project management software and tools. What's on Offer
