As part of our growing portfolio, Avion Hospitality is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented
Revenue Manager
to help elevate our commercial results across multiple branded properties.
The Revenue Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic revenue plans that drive topline growth and maximize profitability across a portfolio of hotels. This individual works closely with hotel General Managers, Directors of Sales, and Ownership groups to implement competitive pricing strategies, manage inventory effectively, and deliver accurate forecasting and insightful reporting. The ideal candidate brings brand certification in all major chains (Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, Choice, Wyndham), a strong command of analytics, and exceptional communication skills.
Requirements
Revenue Strategy & Optimization
Develop, implement, and monitor revenue management strategies for assigned properties Optimize rate positioning and distribution to drive RevPAR and overall revenue performance Conduct competitive set analysis and price positioning adjustments in collaboration with the DOS and GMs Inventory & Rate Management
Monitor daily inventory levels, restrictions, and controls to ensure optimal business mix Oversee all room rate strategies including transient, group, corporate, and OTA channels Ensure rate integrity and compliance across all booking platforms Forecasting & Budgeting
Create and present weekly, monthly, and annual revenue forecasts Partner with property teams during budget season to align forecast models and revenue targets Analyze past performance trends to inform forward-looking decisions Reporting & Analytics
Deliver performance reports and insights to key stakeholders including ownership groups Monitor key KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, and GOP margin impact Leverage brand systems and tools for data extraction and analysis Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a key liaison between corporate revenue strategy, operations, and sales teams Lead revenue strategy meetings with hotel leadership to align on short- and long-term goals Communicate revenue decisions clearly and persuasively to both internal and external partners Qualifications
Minimum of 2-5 years in hotel revenue management or commercial strategy Certification in brand systems Strong command of revenue systems, PMS, CRS, and channel managers Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; familiarity with Power BI or similar platforms is a plus Experience with multi-property oversight preferred Exceptional communication and presentation skills Self-starter with strong time management and critical thinking abilities Work Environment & Travel
