Job Description

Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables. Oversee budgeting and ensure projects stay within financial constraints. Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders. The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

A background in construction management or a related field. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of construction processes and building codes.
