Job Description

Plan, schedule, and oversee building and construction projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project budgets and resources, making adjustments as needed to meet financial goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays promptly. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders. Resolve conflicts or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Maintain excellent communication with clients and project team members. The Successful Applicant

A successful Junior Project Managerr should have:

A strong background in construction management within the building and construction sectors as a Junior Project Manager or assistant project manager Experience working with commercial general contractors in Rochester Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with construction safety regulations and practices.
