Job Description
Manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any potential risks or delays. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Oversee procurement of materials and resources necessary for project execution. Drive quality assurance throughout all project stages. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Healthcare & Pharma should have:
Proven experience managing construction projects, ideally in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
