This is an exciting opportunity to drive end-to-end product delivery and business value within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. The Senior Product Owner will act as a strategic product champion—bridging business goals with technical execution and ensure measurable value delivery across multiple agile development teams. This role sits within the business but partners closely with the IT Product Development team, working directly with software developers, business stakeholders, and leadership to translate vision into actionable results. Key Responsibilities

Translate product vision and strategy into actionable delivery plans across multiple agile development teams. Partner with business leaders, IT, and stakeholders to ensure delivery of the right solutions at the right time. Act as the customer advocate and product proxy, gathering user feedback to inform design and prioritization. Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and influence product strategy. Analyze product data and employ an economic perspective to assess business value and guide prioritization. Manage and prioritize the user story backlog, ensuring continuous alignment with business objectives. Lead agile ceremonies, program planning, and defect remediation sessions to drive continuous improvement. Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and impacts across multiple workstreams. Measure and communicate product outcomes and business value to stakeholders. Qualifications
