Position Overview

The Vice President / Director will be a key member of the deal team, responsible for leading transaction execution, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development efforts. The successful candidate will have strong experience leading deals and running execution. You will be working directly with senior bankers and getting hands-on experience on each deal. Key Responsibilities

Transaction Leadership Lead end-to-end execution of M&A and capital markets transactions, including sell-side, buy-side, and growth equity deals Develop and oversee financial models, valuation analyses, and client presentations Manage due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiations Client Advisory Serve as a strategic advisor to clients in the tech and consumer sectors, offering insights on market dynamics, valuation, and positioning Build and maintain long-term relationships with founders, CEOs, and investors Deliver thoughtful, customized solutions aligned with client goals Qualifications

Education & Experience Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred 6-12 years of investment banking experience, preference for M&A Demonstrated success in leading transactions and managing client relationships Skills & Attributes Strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution Excellent communication and presentation abilities Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-first approach Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Seniority level
