Overview

This exempt position serves as an Associate Member of the Executive Team, partnering with Principal Members to drive strategic financial planning, integrity, and innovation in alignment with PCA’s core values, mission, and vision. The VP of Finance plays a key role in fostering data-driven growth and is positioned to develop into full Principal Member status over time. Due to the nature of PCA’s work with confidential internal systems and data, this role is designated as a Safety Sensitive Position under Arkansas law. The VP of Finance reports to the COO. Core Competencies

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Oversee accounting, tax, and compliance functions. Implement AI tools for financial modeling, scenario planning, and reporting automation. Develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. Manage cash flow and risk. Collaborate with leadership on AI-driven business intelligence initiatives. Mentor and lead the finance and administrative team. Manage invoicing and sales tax processes within CRM. The VP of Finance is expected to maintain an active understanding of emerging AI and automation trends, pursuing relevant professional development opportunities to enhance PCA’s financial strategy and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

STRATEGY, PLANNING & MANAGEMENT: This position assesses and evaluates the financial performance of the company with regard to long-term operational goals and provides recommendations for both the short- & long-term growth plan. This position oversees management of the HR and accounting departments. FINANCIAL ANALYSIS, BUDGETING & FORECASTING: This position prepares and presents monthly financial reports including profit & loss by division. This position identifies, develops and executes analysis of business initiatives or new service offerings. This position creates annual budgets for each department which align with the company’s plan for growth & expansion. INVOICING & CASH MANAGEMENT: This position audits, reviews and prepares all monthly invoices to clients and may coordinate with clients regarding billing, collections and/or credits. This position manages the day-to-day banking needs of the Company. Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). Experience with AI tools in finance (e.g., predictive analytics, automation platforms). Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance. Proven ability to lead teams and drive strategic outcomes. Experience in Finance and HR role(s) in a small business environment (sub $25 million gross revenue) highly desirable. Payroll/benefits management experience highly desirable.
