Job Description

Manage the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Supervise on-site activities and provide guidance to contractors and subcontractors. Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with design and safety standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve project challenges. Monitor material and equipment procurement to avoid delays in project schedules. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and recommend cost-saving measures when necessary.
