Property Manager - Waunakee, WI
We are seeking a highly motivated
Property Manager
to lead the operations of a residential property. This role is responsible for overseeing staff performance, resident satisfaction, financial results, and ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations Prepare and manage operating budgets, financial reports, rent rolls, and vendor contracts Ensure occupancy goals are met through leasing strategies and marketing efforts Supervise and develop staff through training, coaching, and performance reviews Conduct property inspections, move-ins/outs, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Maintain a strong focus on customer service, professionalism, and resident satisfaction Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent; minimum 5 years of progressive property management experience Strong knowledge of leasing, staff supervision, vendor contracts, budgeting, and maintenance operations Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Real Estate License required within 90 days of hire (training support provided) Bachelor's degree and Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
