Responsibilities
Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS. Support audit and tax processes, liaising with external auditors and tax advisors. Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies. Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and compliance teams. Participate in special projects including system upgrades and process improvements. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree a plus. CPA or CPA track required. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in pharma, biotech, or life sciences. Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA. Solid understanding of US GAAP; exposure to IFRS is a strong plus. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Compensation
