Clean Harbors is seeking a

Class A CDL Truck Operator

to operate a variety of heavy and light duty trucks and equipment at our customer sites. You will be working with vehicles such as vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers, and roll-offs. Key Responsibilities: Prioritize health and safety by adhering to all safe work practices and policies. Operate commercial trucks and collaborate with field laborers in a supportive team environment. Drive a variety of Class A trucks and assist with the loading and unloading of materials. Perform manual labor on-site to meet customer needs. Ensure proper placarding of vehicles in accordance with company and DOT regulations. Maintain daily logs, timesheets, and various reports. Follow local, state, and federal compliance regulations and guidelines. Safely operate vehicles according to U.S. DOT regulations. Abide by corporate operating guidelines and environmental health and safety protocols. Fulfill additional duties as assigned, including being on-call for emergency response on a rotating basis. Engage in site remediation, equipment decontamination, and handling hazardous materials when required. Qualifications: Valid Class A CDL. Willingness to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of employment. Ability to utilize various mobile devices effectively. Physical ability to perform job-related functions. Pass a background check, drug test, and physical examination as required for the position. Meet facial hair standards as mandated by OSHA's Respiratory Protection Standard. Preferred Qualifications: Commercial driving experience. Current Hazmat and Tanker endorsements. Previous experience handling hazardous materials. Proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles. Experience with manual labor tasks.
