Front Desk Coordinator

Welcome visitors and share information about our clinic's features. Manage incoming calls by answering, screening, routing, and taking messages as needed. Facilitate patient check-ins and gather necessary information for their first visit. Confirm and verify insurance details. Keep clinicians informed of patient arrivals and their readiness. Schedule appointments for returning patients with ease. Provide printed reminders and necessary excuses for school or work. Make adjustments to the patient schedule as required. Assist in coordinating payment arrangements and resolving account issues. Receive, store, and deliver shipments and mail. Process payments and accurately update accounts. Maintain and update patient charts and information. Drive internal marketing efforts and encourage team participation. What we’re looking for: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening abilities to understand information clearly. Prerequisites for success: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. One year of administrative experience is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory.
