What You Will Do

Define and manage program scopein partnership with Customer Solutions leadership, including creation of detailed Work Breakdown Structures.

Develop and maintain program schedulesusing Gantt charts, analyzing critical paths and intersecting milestones to ensure timely delivery.

Design and execute testing plansby identifying business requirements and validating new tools or technical solutions.

Lead change management effortsby analyzing team-level impacts, developing risk response plans, and addressing resistance.

Estimate and allocate cross-functional resources, define roles and deliverables, and provide performance feedback to functional managers.

Create and implement stakeholder engagement plansbased on expectations and requirements analysis.

Develop and execute communication strategiesfor program teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Incorporate end-user feedbackthroughout the project lifecycle to refine scope and communicate updates and decisions effectively.

Proven ability to influence without direct authority, including experience guiding senior leaders and cross-functional teams toward aligned decisions

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

Minimum 8 years

of professional experience in program or project management

Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or MBA

PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification

Experience with Power BI

Training or certification in Change Management

Demonstrated experience testing and launching business processes, including examples of validated workflows, successful implementations, and measurable outcomes
