Job Description

Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Assist in managing subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and maintain effective communication. Contribute to the preparation of project proposals and cost estimates. Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager (APM) should have:

A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work. What's on Offer
