Product Manager - Accounting
Our client, a fast-growing SaaS company developing AI-enabled ERP solutions, is seeking a Product Manager with a strong accounting or finance background to join their team.
Location:
Mountain View, CA. This position is hybrid, with in-office expectations on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Job Description
This is an ideal opportunity for finance professionals looking to transition into product management. You’ll work alongside experienced product leaders to build intuitive, modern financial systems that users love. The company has successfully launched Alpha and Beta versions of its product and is scaling rapidly. This position will report to the Director of Product Management. Responsibilities
Translate market and customer needs into product requirements and definitions. Ensure product features align with core accounting principles and workflows. Collaborate with design, development, QA, and documentation teams to deliver high-quality features. Communicate product value to internal stakeholders and maintain awareness of financial software trends. Support the Record-to-Report module and contribute to roadmap development. Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally including public accounting and corporate finance. Familiarity with financial software and accounting processes. Passion for technology and its potential to transform business operations. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a globally distributed team. Compensation
