Finance Lead
Our client, a global technology company in the fintech space, is seeking a Finance Lead.
Location Mountain View, CA. This is a hybrid role with in-office expectations 3 days per week.
Job Description This role partners with the Workforce Solutions business segment to drive strategic planning, operational excellence, and financial insights.
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, developing and refining 1‑ and 3‑year strategic plans and identifying risks and opportunities.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to monitor KPIs and provide insights for achieving strategic and financial goals.
Build financial models to analyze complex business scenarios and inform go‑to‑market strategies.
Prepare financial reporting deliverables, including month‑end close packages and variance explanations.
Drive process improvements by streamlining, standardizing, and automating reporting requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; Master’s degree a plus.
6–8 years of FP&A or related experience (corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, analytics).
Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Hyperion Essbase preferred.
