We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Payroll Manager

with expertise in

ADP Workforce Now (WFN)

to lead our payroll operations. This role requires a strong understanding of full-cycle payroll processing, robust auditing skills, and a proven ability to manage and inspire a team. Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Payroll Management:

Oversee and execute all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness for all employees. ADP Workforce Now Expertise:

Utilize ADP WFN to optimize payroll workflows, maintain data integrity, and create custom reports for internal use. Troubleshoot system issues and implement best practices. Audit and Compliance:

Conduct detailed payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Identify and resolve discrepancies while strengthening internal controls. Leadership and Team Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to align payroll processes with company policies and strategic objectives. Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance payroll operations, implement automation, and streamline workflows for greater efficiency. Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and deliver payroll metrics, audits, and reports to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Experience:

5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is required. Comprehensive knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards. Audit Skills:

Extensive experience conducting payroll audits, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions. Leadership Abilities:

Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing payroll team. Technical Skills:

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS systems. Soft Skills:
