Payroll Specialist – Platform Upgrade Project Due to an upcoming update to our client's ADP payroll platform, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to help ensure a smooth transition.

Audit payroll data before, during, and after the upgrade (ADP WFN) Validate data integrity and resolve discrepancies Participate in system testing and verify payroll calculations Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Generate audit reports and recommend process improvements Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of payroll experience, including auditing and compliance Hands‑on experience with payroll system upgrades (UKG, ADP, Workday, etc.) Strong knowledge of multi‑state payroll regulations Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
