Inpatient Clinical Supervisor - Full Time, Direct Hire/Permanent
Salary:
$85,000 = $100,000/ year + Benefits Work Schedule : Monday-Friday Hours:
8:00AM- 4:00PM / 9:00AM - 5:00PM Reports to:
Program Director
Our exclusive partner is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to manage counseling services for their Inpatient Addiction Recovery Program. This role is responsible for leading and developing the clinical team, ensuring quality care, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and contractual standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of substance use treatment, and experience guiding multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of Licensed clinicians including masters and bachelor-level staff. Ensure adherence to clinical standards and quality of care for patients undergoing detoxification. Focus on team supervision, compliance, and day-to-day operations -
no individual caseload
required. Support staff development, scheduling, and performance management.
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field LMHC, LICSW, LCSW Required Minimum 3 years of clinical experience + Supervisory experience Familiarity with substance use disorder treatment, assessments, and care planning
