We're seeking an experienced, passionate nursing leader to oversee our fast-paced Emergency Department, managing a team of 45+ healthcare professionals while ensuring exceptional patient care and operational excellence. Position Overview: As ED Nurse Manager, you'll lead our emergency services team, driving clinical excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role offers the perfect blend of clinical leadership and administrative responsibility, with the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a dedicated team of 64 FTEs, including direct supervision of 45 staff members Drive implementation of evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes Oversee daily operations, staffing, and workflow optimization of the Emergency Department Manage recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of nursing staff Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies Foster interdepartmental collaboration to improve patient care delivery Handle conflict resolution and complaint management with professionalism Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes and department performance metrics Required Qualifications:

Current RN license in Tennessee or compact state Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred Minimum 2 years Emergency Department clinical experience 1-3 years demonstrated clinical leadership experience BCLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Why Join Us?
