Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Assistant Project Manager (APM)
to join a leading general contractor with major projects in Arlington and Alexandria, VA. The APM will support the full lifecycle of large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments, working directly on-site and collaborating closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients. This is not a cookie-cutter APM role-candidates will gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of project management, contributing to coordination, problem-solving, and creative solutions that drive successful outcomes.

The Successful Applicant
3-7 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager, with
5+ years preferred . Proven experience on
projects $50M+ ; multifamily project experience is highly desirable. Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with the ability to anticipate project needs. Motivated to work on-site and build strong relationships with clients, superintendents, and trade partners.
