Senior Accounting Analyst We are currently looking to hire an experienced Senior Accounting Analyst for an onsite role at our location in the Irvine area, close to the OC airport. The ideal profile would likely be someone who started in accounting then moved into analytics and is a great communicator and critical thinker. Responsibilities
Prepare, analyze, and coordinate business unit operations and expenses to determine proper allocations amongst all entities/markets. Review, identify, and work with other departments to analyze actuals vs budget results and independently resolve issues as they arise. Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as needed and be able to explain data effectively. Be responsible for updating and creating financial report templates as needed. Role is more about allocations of business expenses to proper business units and corporate. Shared Services type background would be ideal. Extensive analysis of business operations, performance, allocating time/expenses, business variance and FLUX over similar periods. Will collaborate closely with the business units. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business/Economics or Accounting. CPA is a plus To thrive in this role you will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis and Accounting Advanced Excel skills are required Experience with a large ERP system is required and Oracle experience is a plus Highly skilled in teamwork, leadership, analysis, and multitasking Application

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
