Patient Care Supervisor

to provide leadership and operational oversight to one of our surgical patient care units in Miami, Florida. Position Highlights

Sign-On Bonus:

Up to $20,000 (based on experience) Pay Range:

$45.34 $60.30/hour (depending on experience) Schedule:

Full-time, 12-hour day shifts (7A7:30P) Comprehensive Benefits Package

including health, retirement, and continuing education support Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and supervision to patient care teams across the surgical unit. Collaborate with nurse managers on staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Support patient and family education and act as a service ambassador to resolve concerns. Coordinate daily assignments, ensure patient flow efficiency, and promote quality outcomes. Participate in hourly rounding and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Uphold the mission, philosophy, and policies of the health system to deliver exceptional care. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.

RNs hired prior to 2/2012 may continue without BSN. RNs hired after 2/2012 with an Associates Degree must complete BSN within 5 years.

Licenses & Certifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) Active and in good standing Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), as applicable Certification in area of specialty (within 2 years of hire or promotion)

Experience:
