Customer Care Representative – Pharmacy Benefit Support-161820
Location: Onsite in Pittsburgh, PA 15146 (Work-from-home flexibility available) Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Training: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Post-training: flexible daytime shifts (start times between 9:00 AM–12:15 PM local time)
**After training, you may be eligible to transition to a hybrid or remote schedule (based on performance and home-office readiness).
Class Start Date: Orientation Friday, 11/14 | Training begins Monday, 11/17
Position Overview
Join our Member Operations team within the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) division as a Customer Care Representative (CCR). In this role, you’ll assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answer questions about prescription coverage, and help make healthcare simple and understandable.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound calls to assist members with prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order questions. Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction. Provide accurate information and problem-solving support to resolve member issues. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all company standards.
