Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Personal Insurance Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a hybrid role that allows for a combination of remote and in-office work, providing a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service for personal insurance lines Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions Review policy coverage and advise clients on potential gaps or additional coverage options Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals in a timely and accurate manner Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and secure the best coverage for clients Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the insurance market Handle client inquiries and claims, providing support and guidance throughout the process Qualifications

3+ years (Retail Insurance Agency) of proven experience as an Account Manager in personal insurance, with a strong understanding of standard personal lines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Proficient in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Property & Casualty License Day-to-day

Engage with clients through various communication channels to handle inquiries and provide support Review and analyze client policies to identify opportunities for additional coverage or potential risks Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms and secure the best coverage for clients Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals with a high level of accuracy and efficiency Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the insurance market to provide informed advice to clients Compensation

Compensation: Between $60,000 - $80,000+ (based on experience). Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
