In this vital client-facing role, you’ll help evaluate potential workplace claims and guide individuals through the early stages of the legal process in employment-related disputes. Responsibilities
Conduct intake interviews to evaluate potential employment-related claims Analyze workplace issues involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage violations Apply knowledge of federal/state laws such as Title VII, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, and state-specific labor codes Draft detailed case assessments and legal memos for internal review Educate clients on legal rights and next steps in the legal process Collaborate with intake staff to ensure thorough and timely follow-ups Refer cases internally or externally as appropriate Maintain a compassionate and professional tone during high-volume client interactions Required Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school Active bar membership in good standing 3+ years of experience in employment law or plaintiff-side litigation Strong understanding of federal and state labor laws Excellent analytical and communication skills Ability to manage multiple inquiries with empathy and efficiency Proficiency with legal intake or case management systems a plus
