Lifeguard - Crosby, MN

Part-time, 2-3 hrs/wk

HealthFitness is seeking Lifeguards to join our aquatics team at our community client site in Crosby, Minnesota. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the aquatic environment to ensure safety and a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests.

Lifeguard Certification Courses will be held on-site for those interested in becoming certified.

Minimum Requirements

• Lifeguard certification from the American Red Cross or willingness to obtain Lifeguard/CPR/AED/FA certification from ARC.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timekeeping systems.

Compensation: $14 - $15/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
