Job Title: Part Time Baker at Harris Teeter

This is a part-time position responsible for baking products according to standards, processing, packaging, and stocking Fresh Foods products, cleaning work areas, providing customer service, unloading stock, and reloading salvage.

Essential duties include:

1. Baking products according to standards
2. Processing, packaging, and stocking products
3. Cleaning work areas
4. Providing customer service
5. Unloading stock and reloading salvage

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Willingness to participate in training
• Ability to read, write, and present information in English
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Physical ability to stand, walk, handle objects, reach, talk, hear, and smell

Work environment involves exposure to hot, cold, moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals, with moderate to loud noise levels.
