This is a part-time position. Responsibilities include baking products according to standards and processing/packaging/stocking Fresh Foods products according to Fresh Foods Standards, cleaning work areas, providing customer service, unloading stock, and reloading salvage.

Responsibilities

• Bake products according to standards; process, package, and stock Fresh Foods items per standards.
• Clean work areas and assist with general floor maintenance.
• Provide customer service and assist customers as needed.
• Unload stock and reload salvage as required.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Personal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills; willingness to complete required training and work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos in English; ability to write simple correspondence in English; ability to communicate effectively with customers and associates in English.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and perform operations using units of American money and weight measurement.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and handle problems with a few variables in standardized situations.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Completion of company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service, safety, food safety, and product knowledge.
• Physical Demands: Regularly stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk or hear; occasionally climb/balance/kneel/crouch; lift up to 30 pounds (up to 50 pounds occasionally); specific vision abilities required.
• Work Environment: Moderate environment; exposure to hot, cool, extreme cold, moving parts, fumes, chemicals; noise level moderate to loud. Reasonable accommodations may be made as needed.
