5+ years of General Manager experience in an upscale, full-service restaurant Proven success managing $10M+ in annual sales volume Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain a winning culture Passion for great food, impeccable service, and guest satisfaction Energetic, positive, and solutions-driven with an ownership mentality Oversee all front-of-house operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and hospitality Drive guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence Coach, develop, and inspire staff to deliver top-tier service Manage budgets, labor, and cost controls to achieve financial targets Lead by example, setting high standards for professionalism and teamwork Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
