Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) are dedicated professionals providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents daily. As a CNA-NAR, you operate on the front lines, ensuring residents are treated with dignity, respect, and given choices within their lives.

Responsibilities

1. The CNA provides direct resident care, reports condition changes to RN or LPN, and charts in the POC system.
2. The CNA demonstrates effective time management and task prioritization.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification required.
