Property Manager Flexible Part-Time Role (25–30 hrs/week)

About Us We’re a locally owned and growing property management company dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both residents and owners. As our portfolio expands, we’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to take the lead on day-to-day operations—freeing our leadership team to focus on growth.

The Opportunity This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling (25–30 hours per week), ideal for a seasoned professional who values autonomy and wants to make a meaningful impact. You’ll oversee a diverse residential portfolio, ensuring smooth operations, satisfied residents, and well-maintained properties.

What You’ll Do Operations Management:

Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination. Financial Oversight:

Manage rent collection, lease renewals, and ensure compliance with local regulations and Fair Housing laws. Property Care:

Conduct regular inspections, coordinate with vendors, and plan preventive maintenance. Resident Relations:

Handle communications, resolve issues promptly, and foster strong community relationships. Reporting & Planning:

Prepare budgets, track expenses, and provide clear ownership reports. Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies that support company growth.

What We’re Looking For 2+ years of residential property management experience preferred. Solid understanding of leasing, maintenance coordination, and landlord–tenant regulations. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a customer-service mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities while maintaining detailed records. Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
