Project Manager
to oversee large-scale commercial projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep expertise in construction management, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Design: Collaborates with architects and engineers to develop plans, establish project scope, and ensure construction feasibility. Budget & Cost Control: Creates and manages project budgets, performs cost estimates, and monitors spending to prevent overruns. Scheduling & Timeline Management: Develops and manages project timelines, creates work schedules, and tracks progress to meet deadlines. Stakeholder Communication: Liaises with clients, engineers, architects, and contractors, providing regular progress reports and managing client relationships. Resource Management: Coordinates the procurement of materials, equipment, and tools, and manages the allocation of labor and subcontractors. Risk Management: Identifies potential project risks and develops strategies to mitigate them. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensures projects meet quality standards, adheres to safety protocols, and complies with building codes and regulations. Qualifications:
10+ years of experience
in the construction industry 10+ years of experience
in commercial construction project management Proven success managing multimillion-dollar projects from concept to completion Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in project management software and construction scheduling tools
