Project Executive
to oversee large-scale commercial projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep expertise in construction management, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement long-term business strategies and operational goals, ensuring project alignment with company vision. Project Management: Oversee all phases of complex construction projects, from planning and design to procurement, construction, and closeout. Financial Management: Develop and maintain project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or budgets and develop strategies to mitigate them. Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and lead project teams, ensuring project managers and other staff are set up for success. Client Relationship Management: Nurture client relationships, build trust, and secure new business to drive long-term partnerships. Qualifications:

in the construction industry 20+ years of experience
in commercial construction project management Proven success managing multimillion-dollar projects from concept to completion Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in project management software and construction scheduling tools
