THE ROLE

Chetola Resort is seeking a dedicated and service-driven

full-time Front Desk Supervisor

to lead the day-to-day operations of our front desk team. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, the Front Desk Supervisor ensures that all guest interactions are handled with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency. This is an ideal opportunity for a guest-focused hospitality professional who enjoys mentoring others, thrives in dynamic environments, and takes pride in creating memorable first and last impressions for our guests.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Team Leadership & Support

Supervise the front desk team, including scheduling, training, and performance support Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service at every interaction Coach team members on problem-solving, service recovery, and communication skills Ensure clear, kind, and timely communication across departments Guest Experience

Greet and check in/out guests with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with promptness and care Step in as a gracious host, especially during peak periods or special events Ensure the front desk is consistently welcoming, well-organized, and aligned with Chetola's standards Operational Excellence

Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, payments, and service issues Monitor room inventory and support effective coordination with Housekeeping and Maintenance Manage nightly closeout procedures and support accounting accuracy Contribute to operational improvements and guest satisfaction tracking Requirements

Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays required Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk or guest services in a hospitality setting Prior supervisory or shift lead experience strongly preferred Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and hotel procedures Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Associate's or bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field preferred WHY CHETOLA
