Quality Control Line Inspector
Location: Orange, CA
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00/hour
Shift:7am-3:30pm

Eastridge has partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Orange, CA, that is seeking a Quality Control Line Inspector to become an integral part of their team! The machine shop is a fast-paced contract manufacturer that specializes in precision machined products from a variety of metals and plastics. Serving the aerospace, defense, and commercial industries. The position involves the first article, in-process Davenport line inspection and final inspection of small to medium-sized precision metal and plastic parts within an AS9100 and ISO9001 environment.
Requirements:
Three-Five years experience in a manufacturing environment Self Starter that can work with minimum supervision Reading and understanding complex engineering drawings Reading and understanding of work instructions via shop travelers • Detail-oriented and precision work focus, attention to detail is a must! True Positioning and Geometric Tolerance is a plus Davenport Line Inspection Proficiency in the use of the following equipment:
Optical & Video Comparator Surface Plate and Height Gages Micrometers and Calipers Plug and Ring Thread Gages Pin gages Cert Review for Processing: Heat Treat, Anodizing, Plating, Passivate, etc. Basis Knowledge for AMS & MIL Std. Basic Calibration Methods
