Base pay range $40.00/hr - $80.00/hr One of our regional utility provider clients is undergoing a major digital transformation, modernizing its IT infrastructure with a cloud-first approach. Their Oracle Utilities cloud suite includes ERP, CCS, WACS, HCM, and OFS modules. We have openings for three roles with this client: Data Architect, Data Engineer, and Data Analyst. Data Architect Logistics Type : Permanent Salary : Up to $160,000/year Location : Onsite in New Orleans, LA Position Summary This is a senior-level architecture role focused on backend data strategy and long-term sustainability of the cloud-based data environment. The Data Architect will lead Oracle database architecture, evaluate quarterly updates, and collaborate across cybersecurity, operations, and technical teams. The role is central to optimizing performance, security, and integration across enterprise systems. Must-Have Skills & Experience Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, or related field 7+ years in data architecture or engineering Strong Oracle Database and SQL expertise (modeling, queries, tuning) Hands-on with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Familiarity with Microsoft Purview Proven experience designing data warehouses/lakes and ETL/ELT pipelines Strong relational and dimensional modeling SaaS integration experience (Oracle Utilities or similar) Knowledge of data security and compliance Excellent communication and problem-solving Required Certifications Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience Azure Solutions Architect certification Oracle Database certifications DAMA CDMP certification Logistics Type : 12-month contract (potential for perm) Rate : $50–$60/hr Location : Onsite New Orleans, Louisiana Position Summary This role focuses on ingesting, transforming, and mapping data across systems. The Data Engineer will build ETL/ELT pipelines, optimize performance in Fabric Lakehouse environments, and collaborate with architects and analysts to ensure data quality and usability. Must-Have Skills & Experience Bachelor’s in CS, IS, Data Engineering, or related field 3–6 years in data engineering or ETL development Experience with cloud platforms (Oracle, Fabric, Databricks, Synapse) Strong SQL and Python (PySpark or Scala a plus) Understanding of data modeling and performance optimization Familiarity with orchestration tools (ADF, Fabric Pipelines) Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience Utilities or regulated industry experience Exposure to medallion/lakehouse architectures Data Analyst Logistics Type : 12-month contract (potential for perm) Rate : $40–$50/hr Location : Onsite New Orleans, Louisiana Position Summary This role focuses on preparing, validating, and packaging data for business consumption. Analysts will build dashboards, analyze trends, and support planning and operational improvements. A dedicated PM supports stakeholder communication so analysts can focus on data delivery.
