Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $78,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Russell Tobin Financial and Professional Services Associate @Russell Tobin | Connecting Talent to Companies Job Title: Revenue & Accounts Receivable Accountant Overview: The role focuses on managing revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and treasury activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a team environment. Key Responsibilities: Review client contracts and manage billing setup in the ERP system (NetSuite preferred) Generate invoices, monitor AR inbox, track receivables, and follow up on overdue payments Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end revenue tasks Support intercompany fee allocations and assist with audits Record client payments, initiate wires, and coordinate with fund accounting on fee statuses Contribute to weekly cash flow reports and assist with ad hoc projects Qualifications: Bachelor's in Accounting with 3+ years of experience Strong understanding of revenue recognition and AR processes Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; NetSuite experience a plus Experience with multi-entity and global operations preferred Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality Russell Tobin offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
