Overview Senior Accountant (Miami, FL) : Our client, a privately held real estate investment and development firm, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing team in Miami. This role will support accounting operations, financial reporting, and investor communications across a diverse portfolio of real estate assets. Responsibilities Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations Prepare monthly and quarterly GAAP financial statements Manage consolidations across entities and joint ventures Support investor reporting, capital account tracking, and waterfall distributions Handle lender reporting, compliance monitoring, and covenant tracking Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and tax filings Qualifications Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred 3+ years of accounting experience Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with consolidations Familiar with Sage Intacct, AppFolio, Yardi, or similar platforms Job details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries: Real Estate, Accounting, and Investment Management Location: Miami, FL Salary: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
