Half billion dollar construction company targeting an experienced Construction Accounting Manager to join the team! Role is onsite Brea with strong company culture and team! Ideal Candidate Profile: WIP IFRS GAAP Audit JDE (Or other ERP Systems) strong tenure required Duties: Monitor and evaluate daily cash flow, support short- and long-term cash forecasting, and contribute to reporting the company’s overall financial standing Oversee the closing cycle for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes, ensuring financial statements are completed accurately and on time; handle journal entries, account reconciliations, and prepare consolidated financial reports in compliance with IFRS and GAAP for submission to the parent organization Provide guidance and supervision to accounting team members, supporting their professional development Contribute to the creation of the annual budget and support ongoing forecasting activities; compile tax-related documents and supporting schedules Collaborate with both internal and external auditors during audit cycles Maintain, assess, and improve internal control systems to ensure compliance and efficiency; promote and adhere to corporate ethics and business standards Deliver various reports and handle special projects as required Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing Industry Construction, Building Construction, and Construction Hardware Manufacturing Compensation Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Student loan assistance Paid maternity leave Child care support Disability insurance Tuition assistance Paid paternity leave Pension plan #J-18808-Ljbffr
