Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Orla, TX. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production facility. This includes managing and coordinating the activities of the production team, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met, and maintaining production schedules. The Production Manager will also be responsible for monitoring production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations and managing maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
