Overview

2nd Shift Welding Technician for a company based in Clanton, AL. In this role, you will help ensure the structural integrity and quality of welded components in a large automotive manufacturer. Pay rate: $20.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm to 5:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Laser, Gas Metal Arc and projection welding
• Process monitoring and data recording
• Project/development work as assigned
• Follow safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience with high-volume automotive manufacturing environment
• Experience with typical maintenance activities
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products
• Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and operating instructions to prevent accidents and injuries
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently
