EY’s SAP practice helps clients unlock business value through integrated technology platforms. This role is part of Technology Consulting and focuses on SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to transform logistics operations and drive cost efficiency and performance. The opportunity involves interacting with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Your Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver quality SAP projects and workstreams, ensuring effective management of processes and solutions. Track deliverables and project status to align with performance objectives. Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure. Participate in Explore phase design workshops. Configure SAP EWM and related SAP modules. Design custom RICEF solutions and document functional specifications. Perform testing of solutions. Support development and delivery of training materials. Provide on-site hypercare support to client warehouse users. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities with strong business acumen. Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes. Skills and Attributes for Success

A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree). Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience. At least 3 years of experience working with SAP EWM. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members. Proficiency in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Negotiation and positive influence. Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 40–60%. Ideally, you’ll also have
Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience. SAP certification(s). Experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations of SAP EWM. Hands-on SAP system configuration experience. Experience designing custom RICEF solutions and writing functional specifications. Experience writing and executing test scripts. Experience writing and delivering training materials for end users. Knowledge of warehouse operations for distribution and/or manufacturing facility operations. What We Look For

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranges: $142,600–$261,500 (US); $171,200–$297,200 for NYC Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento). Salaries are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Total Rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), and various paid time off options. Hybrid work model: most external, client-serving roles are expected to work in person 40–60% of the time over a project or engagement.
