to play a pivotal role within their HR function. This is an exceptional opportunity for a true HR generalist with strong leadership presence and a strategic mindset. About the Role: As a key member of the HR leadership team, you\'ll provide hands-on support and strategic guidance across the full HR suite - with particular focus on
HR Operations, Compensation, and Employment/Legal matters . You\'ll oversee a small, high-performing team and work closely with senior leadership to strengthen HR programs, systems, and processes in a dynamic and evolving organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all aspects of
HR operations , including HRIS, talent management, and compensation programs. Partner closely with senior leadership on organizational design, performance management, and succession planning. Serve as a
strategic advisor
on employment and compliance matters, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory standards. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of three (Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Specialist, and TA Specialist). Drive compensation strategy and annual compensation cycles; serve as the primary partner on all comp-related initiatives. Oversee HRIS and system optimization Support cross-functional HR projects and help build scalable infrastructure for the growing organization. Partner closely with leaders and employees at all levels - from senior executives to early-career professionals. What You\'ll Bring: 10+ years of broad-based HR experience
with strong exposure to
HR operations, compensation, and employment/legal matters. Proven ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels - comfortable rolling up your sleeves. Experience managing and developing HR teams. Financial services or professional services background
required Strong HR systems acumen Exceptional communication, influence, and leadership presence. A proactive, flexible mindset - eager to learn, contribute, and grow Seniority level
