RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development Associates are enrolled in a comprehensive outside B2B Sales Training Program focused on learning how to take a solution-driven approach to selling consulting and professional services. As a BDA, you will be responsible for strategic lead generation and new meeting setting at both active, long-term partnerships and newer, prospective clients. After training, you will graduate into the Account Executive role. As an AE, 80% of your time will be spent in front of customer decision makers to build partnerships, pipeline opportunities, and secure win–win engagements with our clients.
